Job summary

The College of Europe in Natolin in Warsaw is seeking a dedicated Student Recruitment Officer to join the Communications and Recruitment Team. The role starts in September-October 2026 and focuses on attracting prospective students across Europe and beyond.

You will support admissions journeys, coordinate campaigns and events, and help maintain CRM and applicant records while collaborating with academic and alumni networks to promote the College's offerings.

Qualifications

• University degree in European Studies, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and intercultural communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluency in English; French or other EU languages would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of targeted student recruitment campaigns, both online and in person;
• Represent the College at recruitment events, webinars, and information sessions;
• Support development of recruitment materials, digital content, and outreach initiatives;
• Coordinate the preselection process and assist in the management of student applications;
• Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective applicants, providing timely and accurate information;
• Maintain and update CRM databases and applicant records;
• Monitor recruitment trends, market developments, and applicant feedback to inform future strategies;
• Collaborate closely with academic departments, administrative offices, and the alumni network.
