Job summary

EverAI is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and land top global talent for a fast-growing AI company. You will work with the CEO and leaders across the business, shaping EverAI’s recruitment strategy as the team scales beyond 100 employees.

You’ll help refine workflows, test sourcing strategies, and drive employer branding while supporting a high-trust, fully remote team operating internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage elite global talent from Tier 1 tech hubs.
• Support AI-first recruitment stack and leverage AI tools.
• Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent.
• Own candidate journey from discovery call to close; provide summaries for hiring managers.
• Collaborate with founders and team leads to improve hiring workflows.
