• Own AI and agentic decisioning strategy across PMI Operations and regions.
• Define AI autonomy framework and escalation rules.
• Translate operational judgment into decisioning logic.
• Shape AI-enabled digital self-service strategy.
• Own AI portfolio value-realization and metrics.
• Benchmark AI against human decisioning for autonomy decisions.
