Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks an experienced Global Delivery Executive to lead the Agentic AI transformation program from strategy through enterprise adoption in a highly regulated environment.

You will set priorities, oversee multi‑year roadmaps, and partner with Technology to shape reusable AI agents, orchestration and data capabilities while ensuring governance and risk controls are in place.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading enterprise transformation, technology platforms, product organizations or strategic delivery portfolios.
• Experience scaling AI, machine learning and automation in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of Transaction Processing operations (Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, Custody).
• Proven ability to mobilise cross-functional teams from concept to enterprise adoption.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Agentic AI transformation portfolio.
• Establish intake, assessment and shaping approaches, prioritising use cases by value, readiness and risk.
• Shape platform and product strategy with Technology, including agents, orchestration and data capabilities.
• Provide executive oversight of mobilization, cadence, milestones and MVP readiness.
• Remove blockers across functions while maintaining clear business ownership.
• Define how Agentic AI enables governance, controls and human‑agent collaboration.
• Coordinate delivery with process re‑engineering and workforce transformation.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient and ready for operational deployment.
