Job summary

Talentuno is seeking a GL Accountant with Spanish to join our finance team in Warsaw. You will book and verify General Ledger journals, reconcile ledgers, and prepare fixed assets reports while supporting payments and bank reconciliations.

You will provide data for audits and assist with cross-unit processes. Fluency in Spanish and English plus 2+ years in accounting are required; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accountancy or Shared Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline is required.
• Strong experience in General Ledger Accounting and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of accounting tools and IT systems (SAP is a plus).
• High numerical and analytical skills; fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Books and verifies General Ledger Journal Entries (accruals, provisions, cost allocations).
• Reconciles General Ledger with sub ledgers; prepares fixed assets reports.
• Prepares payments and handles bank statements reconciliation.
• Supports audits with data and analysis; reporting as required.
• Assists Team Manager with non-standard processes and cross-unit requests.
