Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Training Instructor to deliver high-quality German-language training to internal staff and external clients, ensuring knowledge transfer and practical competency. You will help design and improve training materials, adapt content to diverse audiences, and support adoption of tools and technologies across client environments.

The role emphasizes delivering training sessions, feedback for learners, and continuous improvement of instructional methods.

Qualifications

• German fluency (written and spoken) is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 4–6 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• ITIL certification with solid understanding of IT service management processes.
• Proven experience delivering training in a corporate or client-facing environment.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to explain complex technical or business concepts clearly.
• Experience adapting training materials to different audiences and learning styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver established and advanced training programs to internal and external clients.
• Take ownership of training efforts related to new tools, technologies, and products.
• Deliver internal training sessions covering product knowledge, sales processes, desktop tools, technology systems, applications, client service, and enterprise initiatives.
• Provide constructive feedback to learners to support skill refinement and development.
• Support external clients with installation, adaptation, and operation of products and applications.
• Customize and adapt training content to meet client needs and drive onboarding and adoption.
• Adjust training delivery in real-time based on participant engagement and learning needs.
• Continuously explore and implement new, more effective training techniques.
• Suggest and lead improvements to existing training programs.
• Actively seek and incorporate feedback to enhance delivery style, methods, and overall training effectiveness.
