Job summary

Unisys is seeking an L2 Service Desk Agent to provide advanced IT support for QSR environments. You will log, triage, and resolve incidents, aiming for FCR while coordinating with Level 1.5 and Level 2 teams to ensure rapid restoration and minimal business impact.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to knowledge sharing, and participate in ongoing training, with hybrid working arrangements and comprehensive onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in IT Service Desk or desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, peripherals, and remote support tools.
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Excellent communication in English and German at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Log and raise tickets via multiple channels.
• Resolve auto-generated tickets with end-to-end accountability.
• Strive for first contact resolution using KBs.
• Escalate unresolved issues with diagnostic information.
• Coordinate on-site interventions when needed.
• Follow up to confirm resolution and customer satisfaction.
