Job summary

Flex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who speaks German to join our team across the EMEA region. You will own end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles, craft engaging ads, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will analyze market salary trends, build pipelines, partner with stakeholders on offers, and help promote our employer brand. The role offers a hybrid work model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) and a stable multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent German, English, and Polish language skills.
• Multiple years of experience in a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage.

Join our Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional professionals. In this position, you will be responsible for the E2E Recruitment processes, covering multiple hiring locations situated in Austria, Poland, Sweden, UK and Ireland.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of white-collar positions
• Create engaging job advertisements and sourcing strategies
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary trends, and recruitment best practices
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Conduct competency-based interviews and provide hiring recommendationsPartner with stakeholders on offers, hiring decisions, and recruitment planning
• Promote employer brand and represent the company at recruitment events
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and support continuous improvement initiatives

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
