- Implement tailored technical solutions according to customer needs.
- Test customized solutions from a user perspective and document testing procedures.
- Track, document, and manage customer issues; collaborate with development teams for quick solutions.
- Support in solution design with the responsible Consultant.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support the project.
