Job summary

Serendi - Talent Acquisition is seeking a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Kraków team. You will lead high-volume recruitment for manufacturing, production, warehouse, and maintenance roles across client sites, with a focus on the Upper Rhine region, while supporting additional locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruitment experience, including high-volume hiring.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience interviewing and assessing candidates for manufacturing, production, warehouse, maintenance, and other operational positions.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Experience supporting talent attraction initiatives, recruitment marketing, or employer branding.
• Knowledge of German labour laws and familiarity with Works Council processes is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with plant managers, production supervisors, operations leaders, and HR stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.
• Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with geographically dispersed client and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner remotely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across multiple manufacturing sites and regions to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume manufacturing and operational positions across multiple sites.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for manufacturing, production, warehouse, maintenance, and other roles.
• Support talent attraction initiatives through sourcing campaigns, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines with a focus on Upper Rhine region while supporting other locations.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Provide market insights and recruitment best practices to hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation in the ATS; ensure compliance with processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and candidate experience.
