Job summary

Elanco seeks an O2C Customer Service Analyst on a fixed-term basis in Warsaw. You will process orders, issue invoices, and manage collections while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely billing and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a university degree and at least 3 years in O2C or finance, with SAP O2C, BI tools, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. English fluency plus another language is preferred, in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in O2C or Finance with process change delivery.
• Experience with SAP O2C Module.
• Experience in BI tools such as Business Warehouse or Business Objects.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (French/Italian/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Process manual orders via phone, fax and email with priority for urgent orders.
• Handle customer complaints and collaborate with other departments.
• Analyze account discrepancies to enable payments.
• Manage and support the billing process.
• Track outstanding aging and identify collection priorities.
• Engage with customers by phone or email to prompt collections.
• Resolve disputes regarding billings, credits or payments.
• Monitor sales orders and interface issues and report KPIs.
