Qualifications
- Experience leading complex business analyses for financial clients.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshops facilitation.
- Experience with Scrum Master role or Agile coaching is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Be part of consulting or implementation teams on IT projects for financial institutions.
- Coordinate small Agile implementation projects or serve as project area lead.
- Lead complex business analysis, define requirements, design solutions, mentor juniors.
- Act as a team leader, run workshops and facilitate project communications.
- Collaborate daily with developers and IT architects.
- Serve as Scrum Master with potential to grow into Agile Coach.
- Support B2B sales by preparing RFPs and presentations.
- Act as Relationship Manager/Account Owner for selected clients.
