You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage scope, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams across borders.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional IT project experience in insurance.
• Deep understanding of core insurance processes and carriers.
• Experience as PM, Team Lead or Lead BA with design/implementation work.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT implementation or advisory projects for Insurance.
• Oversee projects from inception to final closure, managing scope and budget.
• Facilitate workshops and support design with cross-functional teams.
• Act as team leader for small agile delivery teams and mentor juniors.
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Coordinate proposals and present to client decision makers.
• Communicate effectively in high-pressure situations and manage expectations.
