• At least 2 years of professional IT project experience in the financial sector.
• Familiarity with insurance business processes.
• Experience delivering IT solutions as part of an international team.
• Creative, resourceful and proactive in solving complex problems.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to present results clearly.
• Fast learner in an international environment and able to work in the EU.

Aufgaben

• Be part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
• Conduct complex business analysis independently, define functional requirements, test solutions and support UATs.
• Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
• Support coordination of Agile projects and mentor junior team members.
• Be an active member of the Agile team, taking ownership for your topics and areas.
