Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced HR Controller in Wrocław with strong expertise in controlling and financial accounting. The role involves preparing HR KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and analyses of personnel costs in a Hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Controlling, excels in Excel, and understands the interface between Compensation & Benefits, HR, Payroll, and Finance/Controlling. Flexible hours and international travel may be offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Excel skills for forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience with KPI, workforce statistics, and HR data analysis.
• Understanding of payroll and personnel cost planning is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HR and finance/controlling interfaces (FiCo).
• German C1 and English B2 proficiency are required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and analysis of HR KPIs, personnel reports, and workforce statistics.
• Creation of financial simulations and forecasting models with Controlling.
• Budget planning coordination with business departments.
• Analysis and explanation of budget variances related to personnel costs.
• Workforce efficiency planning and analysis.
• Calculation of annual HR-related provisions/accruals.
• Providing HR controlling metrics and steering parameters.
• Support in calculations for collective bargaining negotiations and compensation structures.
• Monitor salary bands and employee classifications within compensation structures.
• Calculate variable compensation components.
• Act as a backup for HR Controllers supporting other entities.
• Participate in HR controlling project work.
• Maintain HR-related data.
