Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an FP&A Expert to join the COE Actuals team in Wrocław. The role focuses on financial reporting for the FME25+ transformation program, including net recurring benefits and one-time costs across workstreams, with close collaboration with Transformation Office and Finance partners.

You will perform month-end closings, budgeting, forecasting, and provide timely, accurate management reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years FP&A experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Experience in group consolidation and reporting
• Knowledge of IAS/IFRS and closing processes

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing, budgets, and forecasts for FME25+ reporting.
• Consolidate across segments and provide commentary on deviations.
• Conduct performance analysis for Workstreams and ensure timely management information.
• Support Value Analysis processes and validate initiatives.
• Drive standardization and automation of planning and reporting processes.
