Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a leading international technology company to recruit a Czech-speaking Digital Solution Representative for its sales team in Krakow, Poland. The role focuses on developing existing customer accounts, identifying sales opportunities and providing consultative solutions to help customers maximise the value of digital advertising products.

Qualifications

• Czech at minimum B2+/C1 level, verbal and written; English at minimum B2 level.
• Sales aptitude and goal-oriented mindset required.
• Computer literacy and ability to manage CRM/tools.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and strategise how to manage and upsell customer accounts.
• Contact existing customers within an assigned portfolio for consultations.
• Work in a target-driven environment with individual and team sales targets.
• Increase the customer base through proactive sales activities.
• Guide customers through implementation of campaign recommendations; optimise accounts.
