Job summary

Workster, in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a German-speaking Digital Solution Representative to grow existing customer accounts and identify new sales opportunities within its international technology partner. Qualifications

• German: B2+/C1 minimum, both verbal and written.
• Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Krakow, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and strategies how to manage and upsell customer accounts
• Contact existing customers within an assigned portfolio for consultations
• Work in a target-driven environment with individual and team sales targets
• Increase the customer base through proactive sales activities
• Problem-solve and consult with customers to provide suitable solutions for their advertising campaigns
• Encourage customers to adopt new marketing strategies
• Guide customers through the implementation of campaign recommendations
• Build strong and trusting customer relationships by optimising accounts
• Use analytical skills to increase programme revenue
• Meet daily productivity requirements and KPIs while contributing to overall team sales targets
• Conduct outbound calls, cold calls and email follow-ups
• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team targets
