Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent English and C1 German proficiency for business communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps (Excel/Outlook/Word).
• Ability to learn multiple systems and AI-enabled tools.
• On-site work in Warsaw during onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and collect payments.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email in English and German.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and collections in designated systems.
• Collaborate with Finance and Customer Service to investigate discrepancies.
• Escalate complex issues per policy and process guidelines.
• Utilize digital and AI-enabled tools to support workflows.
