Job summary

PwC Poland is seeking a Customer Service Specialist with German to support healthcare professional engagements, onboarding and contracting, with no client visits or sales duties. The role emphasizes accurate administration of contracts, invoicing and payments, and seamless coordination with internal signatories.

You will review redlines, coordinate with stakeholders, and handle post-engagement tasks, travel requests, and expense records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare provider engagements.
• English and German proficiency for fluent communication.
• Knowledge of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze and resolve engagement issues using research and process steps.
• Strong professional communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with contract templates and redline handling.
• Proficiency in Excel, HCP engagement software, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment, with AI tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding, activity requests, contracting, travel, invoicing, and payments support.
• Facilitate offline contract execution between HCP/HCO and internal signatories.
• Review contract redline requests and elevate to Legal when needed.
• Follow up with business owners or HCP/HCO on outstanding contracts.
• Manage contract amendments by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Handle complex scenarios related to activities, contracts, travel, or payments.
• Facilitate HCP travel requests and communicate arrangements.
• Support post-engagement tasks, including invoice reconciliation and expense recordation.
