Job summary

Cbtalents is recruiting for a German-speaking Business Development Representative in Krakow, Krakow. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and focuses on growing the German market for Google Cloud solutions within an international environment.

You will identify opportunities, build a sales pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to drive success while meeting KPIs. Relocation to Krakow is required with residence card support. Training includes onsite product sessions.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1/C2) required.
• Good English proficiency (B2+).
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the German market.
• Engage with potential clients through outbound and inbound channels.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Position Google Cloud solutions effectively to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales success.
• Maintain CRM records and meet sales KPIs.
