WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Athens, Greece, providing professional customer support across multiple channels.

You will work on-site in Piraeus with rotating hours and occasional weekend shifts, while benefiting from a full relocation package and performance-based bonuses. This role offers monthly productivity bonuses and a 14-month salary as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

Work Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece

Work Model: On-site (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts; Rotating working hours)

Salary: €1,300 gross paid over 14- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket, airport pick up)

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

What We Are Looking For

• C1/C2 level German

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, helpdesk, call center, or contact center is preferred but not essential
