Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Athens. You will provide professional customer support across phone, email, and chat for premium brands, while developing communication and service skills in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

Work Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece

Salary: €1,300 gross paid over 14- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket, airport pick up)

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat
