WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Athens, Greece. You will provide professional customer support in German across multiple channels and contribute to a positive customer experience.

The role requires strong German language skills (C1/C2) and English (B2-C1) for training and internal communication. A full relocation package is offered, including hotel accommodation, real estate fees, flight ticket, and airport pickup.

Responsibilities

Are you a German speaker looking to build an international career? Join an international team in Athens, Greece, and provide customer support for well-known premium brands while developing your communication and customer service skills and gaining valuable experience in a multicultural working environment.

Work Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts; Rotating working hours
Salary: €1,300 gross paid over 14- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket,airport pick up)

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat

What We Are Looking For

• C1/C2 level German
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication
