WW Talents in Athens, Greece, seeks a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide professional support via phone, email and chat, helping customers with inquiries and resolving issues in a multicultural environment.

You will join an international team, support premium brands, and develop strong communication and customer service skills. The role offers an on-site work model with a relocation package included.

Qualifications

• German language at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication.

Are you a German speaker looking to build an international career? Join an international team in Athens, Greece, and provide customer support for well-known premium brands while developing your communication and customer service skills and gaining valuable experience in a multicultural working environment.

Work Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts; Rotating working hours
Salary: €1,300 gross paid over 14- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket,airport pick up)

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests

What We Are Looking For

• C1/C2 level German
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication
