Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our Kraków-based team. You will drive prospecting, manage leads, and help build a strong pipeline while collaborating with international employers.

In this hybrid role, you will stay organized across multiple cases, learn new internal systems, and communicate clearly with prospects and teammates as you contribute to meeting targets and expanding multilingual opportunities.

Qualifications

• Some customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Reasonably tech‑comfortable and quick to learn internal systems.
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once.

Responsibilities

• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date as deals move forward.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Own a pipeline and report on progress against targets.
• Build relationships with prospects from first contact through to close.
