Job summary

Sollers Consulting in Poland is seeking a capable IT business analyst to join our consulting or implementation teams for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies. The role offers hybrid work with 2–3 days in the office and a clear career path.

You will conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test developed solutions while supporting UATs, working closely with software developers and IT architects in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar field.
• Fluent English; confident with English native speakers (C1).
• Very good German (B2/C1).
• Experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance.
• Able to work in Poland and the EU full-time.

Responsibilities

• Be part of consulting or implementation teams on IT projects for financial institutions.

About the requirements. You need:

• First experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
• At least a bachelor's degree, preferable in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar fields.
• Great command of English language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers (at least C1 level).
• Very good knowledge of German (at least B2/C1 level.
• Understanding agile ways of working.
• Proven ability to apply both intuitive and analytical reasoning to approach complex problems.
• To be able to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.

About the wishes. Nice to haves:

• Understanding of insurance processes.
• Familiarity with SDLC.
• Experience working in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance.
• Experience applying agile frameworks in practice (e.g. Scrum), including agile scaling frameworks (e.g. LeSS, Nexus, SAFe, etc).
• Fluency in French.
• While having the main office in Poland, you want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 50% of your work time.
