Job summary

Sollers Consulting is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our consulting or implementation teams on IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance providers. You will conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and support testing including UATs.

Collaborating daily with developers and IT architects in an international environment, you will take ownership in an Agile team and help translate complex needs into practical technology solutions with strong English

Qualifications

At least a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar fields.
Excellent command of English (C1) for collaboration with native speakers.
Strong understanding of agile ways of working.
Ability to apply both intuitive and analytical reasoning to complex problems.
Eligibility to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Be part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test developed solutions and support UATs.
Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
Test yourself in various roles performing varied tasks in an international environment.
Be an active member of an Agile team, taking ownership for your topics.
