Job summary

Google is seeking a Hybrid German-speaking Business Development Representative in Krakow. You will identify sales opportunities, profile prospects, and drive new business through outbound campaigns, acting as the bridge between businesses and cloud solutions.

You will meet individual targets within a larger sales team, focusing on growing the customer base across EMEA, with a 3-2 hybrid work model and a relocation bonus.

Qualifications

• C2 level of German and C1 of English (both written and spoken).
• Substantial IT outbound sales prospecting experience and ability to manage a large, diverse portfolio of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with new clients (3–9 months).
• Develop customized online advertising strategies for new and existing clients.
• Provide guidance on Google Ads, propose new solutions, negotiate offers, and educate about Google Ads products.
• Manage all aspects of Google Ads campaigns, including setup, rebuilding, optimization, and reporting.
• Sell Google Ads products through inside sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
