Job summary
Worldwiders Recruitment is seeking a Hybrid German-speaking Business Development Representative in Krakow to drive new business for Google Cloud solutions. You will identify opportunities, profile clients, and guide them to Google Ads products through outbound campaigns.
You will join a sales-driven team with generous relocation support, a base salary of 11.000 PLN gross, and performance-based bonuses, alongside extensive learning and career development opportunities.
Qualifications
- German C2 and English C1 proficiency required.
- Extensive IT outbound sales experience.
- Experience selling Google Cloud Platform solutions.
- Ability to exceed sales quotas via phone-based sales.
- Strong ability to translate complex needs into solutions.
- Relocation to Krakow supported.
Responsibilities
- Identify robust sales opportunities and profile prospective customers.
- Develop customized online advertising strategies for new and existing clients.
- Provide guidance on Google Ads matters; propose solutions and negotiate offers.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns: setup, rebuild, monitor, and adjust performance.
- Sell Google Ads products through inside sales and upselling.
- Collaborate across departments to tailor client campaigns during onboarding.
- Meet daily and team sales KPIs and targets.
