Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Payroll Time Analyst II, fluent in English and German, to join our Poland team. You will independently manage payroll time processing in Workday Time for defined pay groups, analyze time data, and produce reports for leaders and audits.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance for Germany, data analytics, and process improvement. Strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus cross-functional collaboration, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Payroll and/or Time-to-Pay.
• 2+ years of experience with Germany payroll time regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll time processing for assigned pay groups in Workday Time.
• Analyze time data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain reports to support audits, compliance, and workforce analysis.
• Resolve complex employee and manager inquiries with data-driven explanations.
• Lead testing, UAT, and system enhancements for time modules.
