Job summary

AMS is seeking a German-speaking Recruiter for Early Careers and Campus to deliver end-to-end recruitment campaigns in collaboration with Rolls-Royce. The role is hybrid and based in Krakow, requiring strong campus recruitment experience and fluency in German and English at C1 level.

You will partner with HR and staffing teams, promote AMS services, and oversee candidate journeys from attraction to onboarding, supporting events and assessments as needed.

Qualifications

• German and English at C1 level.
• Track record of end-to-end Early Careers recruitment campaigns.
• Experience with campus recruitment and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Early Careers campaigns.
• Partner with Rolls-Royce HR and Staffing to define resourcing needs.
• Build stakeholder relationships and promote AMS offerings.
