Job summary

Brilliance.com in Gdynia seeks an AI Visual Content Designer to create photorealistic AI-generated photos and videos for marketing campaigns. This 100% onsite role requires turning briefs into strong visual concepts that reflect the brand and deliver premium, commercial content.

You will collaborate with Marketing, develop mood boards, and push the boundaries of AI workflows to produce assets across social, web, and email channels.

Qualifications

• English at C1 level or higher for professional communication.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and/or video generation tools.
• Experience with Higgsfield is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to generate photorealistic, commercial-quality visuals.
• Good understanding of composition, lighting, styling, photography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating mood boards and campaign concepts.
• Understanding of how marketing campaigns are structured and what creative assets are required across different channels.
• Good eye for brand consistency and visual identity.
• Ability to translate briefs into clear visual concepts.

Job description

Work model: 100% onsite — this is an office-based position and there is no possibility of remote work.

Compensation: PLN 6,000–8,000 / PLN 8,000–10,000, depending on experience and skill level.

We are looking for an AI Visual Content Designer who can use generative AI tools to create high-quality, realistic photo and video assets for marketing campaigns, product storytelling, and brand communication.

This role is focused on realistic commercial visuals — not gaming, cartoon, fantasy, or sci-fi content. You will work closely with the Marketing team to turn campaign ideas into strong visual concepts and produce AI-generated assets that feel polished, intentional, and consistent with our brand.

What You’ll Do

• Create realistic AI-generated photo and video content, primarily using tools such as Higgsfield and other generative AI platforms.
• Develop visual concepts, references, and mood boards for marketing campaigns.
• Translate campaign briefs into creative ideas and define the visual direction for individual campaigns.
• Generate campaign assets across different formats and understand what visual elements are needed for a complete marketing campaign.
• Create concepts for product photography, product-focused campaigns, and lifestyle imagery.
• Produce realistic product and brand visuals that can be used across social media, paid advertising, website content, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Maintain consistency with the company’s brand visual identity.
• Experiment with prompting, AI workflows, composition, lighting, styling, environments, and image/video generation techniques to continuously improve asset quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop creative concepts that support campaign goals and commercial objectives.
• Stay up to date with new AI creative tools, features, and visual content trends.

What We’re Looking For

• English at C1 level or higher — you must be able to communicate fluently in a professional environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and/or video generation tools.
• Experience with Higgsfield is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to generate photorealistic, commercial-quality visuals.
• Good understanding of composition, lighting, styling, photography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating mood boards and campaign concepts.
• Understanding of how marketing campaigns are structured and what creative assets are required across different channels.
• Good eye for brand consistency and visual identity.
• Ability to take a broad idea or brief and translate it into a clear visual concept.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify when AI-generated content does not look realistic or brand-appropriate.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working with a Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, or Brand team.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, paid social, social media, or e-commerce creative requirements.
• Experience with traditional graphic design or photo/video editing tools.
• Experience with product photography, art direction, or commercial content production.
• Understanding of performance marketing and how creative assets can influence campaign results.

What Success Looks Like

You are able to take a marketing idea from an initial brief to a complete visual direction — creating the mood board, defining the concept, and producing realistic AI-generated photo and video assets that are ready to be used in campaigns.

Your work should feel commercial, premium, realistic, and on-brand, rather than obviously AI-generated.
