Ryanair Labs in Poland (Wrocław) is seeking an innovative AI/ML Engineer to push the boundaries of generative AI, NLP, and computer vision within Europe’s largest airline group.

You will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, work with unstructured data, apply MLOps principles, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, safe AI systems while staying current with the latest research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, AI, ML or related field.
• Proven track record delivering AI/ML projects.
• Strong Python and ML development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models for diverse tasks.
• Work with unstructured data to train models generating text and images.
• Optimize ML and foundation models for performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components.
• Apply MLOps/LLMOps for scalable training and deployment.
• Ensure AI safety and content moderation systems.
• Utilize Azure or AWS data science tooling.
• Generate ideas for enhancement and assist in evaluation of technologies.
• Advance prompts, chains, and RAG systems.
• Stay updated on AI, ML, CV, and NLP advancements.
