• Oversee P&L and daily hotel operations for Park Inn by Radisson Poznań.
• Lead diverse hotel teams and drive collaboration toward excellence.
• Create a culture of accountability, development and guest focus.
• Ensure brand standards and consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Communicate and execute company strategies with stakeholders.
