Leonardo Hotels in Warsaw is seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead the four-star property, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will oversee operations, financial performance, and brand compliance while guiding a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires at least five years in senior hospitality leadership, strong Revenue Management and Sales experience, fluent English, and the ability to motivate staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, including roles as General Manager or Hotel Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, and cost management.
• Ability to lead multifunctional teams across departments.
• Very good command of English.
• Knowledge of Polish is advantageous.
• Gallup Strengths Assessment results welcome.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the hotel's operations and execution of its long-term business strategy.
• Managing the hotel's financial performance, budget, and profitability.
• Preparing the CAPEX investment budget for next 1–5 years and overseeing its implementation.
• Ensuring top guest service standards in line with KPIs.
• Ensuring hotel operations comply with brand standards and procedures.
• Developing, leading, and motivating the management team and all hotel employees.
• Collaborating with Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Finance to maximize performance.
• Monitoring key operational KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, RGI, GOP, EBITDAR, NPS, Guest Satisfaction).
• Representing the hotel in relations with partners, owners, board, and local community.
