Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a General Manager to lead Park Inn by Radisson Poznań and shape the hotel’s commercial success, guest experience and team culture. You will act as ambassador for the RHG brand, delivering memorable moments to guests and staff while ensuring operational excellence.

You will be responsible for P&L, leading a diverse team, building engagement, and partnering with owners to drive long-term value and sustainable business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex hotel operations and driving commercial results.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to oversee P&L and budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with owners and stakeholders.
• Proven track record developing Heads of Department and high-performing teams.
