Lyten is seeking a Junior Financial Controller to join the Finance & Accounting Team in Gdańsk and support financial reporting, planning, and analysis across its international structure. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in controlling, accounting, audit, or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting for international entities.
• Assist in preparation of management reports per local accounting and US GAAP.
• Analyze financial performance and variances vs Budget/Forecast.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with local finance teams and external providers across countries.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Assist with internal controls and compliance with Group policies.
• Contribute to financial analyses and management presentations.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Help with process improvement and standardization.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and financial insights as required.
