Lyten, Inc. is seeking a Junior Financial Controller in Gdańsk to support international financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis for our growing global structure.

If you are analytical, detail‑oriented and eager to develop in finance within a fast‑growing international company, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll assist monthly reporting for entities, contribute to management reports under local accounting standards and US GAAP, and help drive accuracy and consistency of financial data while

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly financial reporting processes for international entities.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports per local and US GAAP requirements.
• Analyze financial performance and variances vs Budget, Forecast, and prior year.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with local finance teams and external providers across countries.
• Verify accuracy and consistency of financial data.
• Support internal controls and compliance with Group policies.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and management presentations.
• Assist with audits and process improvements.
