Job summary

OVHcloud is seeking an experienced senior accounting professional to manage international entity bookkeeping and intercompany reconciliations. You will review end-to-end cycles, implement controls, and ensure IFRS reporting aligns with group COA while coordinating with local auditors.

You will partner with internal teams (Management Control, FP&A, Finance) to streamline daily operations in a dynamic environment and drive continuous improvement across finance processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within an international environment.
• Strong accounting management knowledge and Polish GAAP familiarity.
• Native Polish with professional English (B2).
• Proficiency with Office Suite and SAP.
• Willingness to manage projects and thrive in a fast-changing setting.
• Rigorous, analytical mindset and high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• General bookkeeping for a scope of international entities.
• Review P2P, O2C, and CAPEX cycles performed elsewhere.
• Implement internal controls to secure data.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and monitor declarations.
• Produce IFRS accounting reporting per group COA.
• Oversee local accounting and tax compliance with external advisors.
• Coordinate with auditors to sign off local accounts.
• Act as a business partner to internal clients (M.C., FP&A, Finance) for daily operations.

Yourmainresponsibilities

Youwillberesponsibleforthegeneralbookkeepingofascopeofinternationalentities.

You will review accounting cycles managed elsewhere: P2P, O2C, and CAPEX.

You will carry out appropriate internal controls to secure data.

You will be responsible for the reconciliation of intercompany accounts, notably through the implementation and/or rigorous monitoring of subsidiary-level declarations.

You will ensure the periodic production of IFRS accounting reporting, in compliance with the group chart of accounts.

You will oversee the proper local accounting and tax compliance carried out by local external advisors.

You will manage communication with auditors with the aim of signing off our local accounts.
