Job summary

Seargin is seeking an AI Consultant to design and implement GenAI solutions—agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered apps—for global clients. The role combines hands-on engineering with high-level client interaction and travel, in a hybrid setup.

We hire across Mid to Lead levels, aligning scope and impact with experience. You will collaborate across AI, data and application development, shaping solutions with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GenAI experience with LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• Strong software engineering foundation and API design.
• Consulting mindset with client-facing confidence.
• Ability to work across build, advise, presales, and training.
• Fluent English; willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design and build hands-on GenAI solutions: agentic systems, RAG pipelines, LLM-powered applications—from prototype to production.
• Deliver diverse projects across AI, Data and App Development for global clients.
• Work directly with clients to understand problems and shape solutions as a technical advisor.
• Support sales and presales: join client conversations, scope solutions, and turn opportunities into projects.
• Run workshops and trainings and share knowledge with clients and colleagues.
• Stay on the cutting edge—bring new techniques and best practices into the team.
