Aviva plc is hiring for an AI Implementation Specialist to design, build and deliver GenAI applications that create measurable value across the business. You will develop internal AI solutions to automate workflows, support employees and enhance decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, data, risk and compliance.

The role focuses on hands-on development with LLMs, Python, cloud platforms, and secure, production-ready AI systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with large language models and LLM-based applications.
• Good Python proficiency with clean, testable code.
• Practical experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with APIs and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to plan and manage technical tasks across the delivery lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and support AI-powered applications using LLMs, cloud services and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities with internal platforms, APIs and data sources.
• Contribute to MLOps, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery.
• Monitor and optimise solution quality, safety and resource usage respecting security and compliance.
