Job summary

Genuine Parts Company, Krakow Global Technology Center, seeks an Associate Product Manager (AI Team) to drive GenAI intake, governance, and onboarding of AI initiatives across the organization. You will coordinate with legal, security, product, and engineering to document, assess, and progress AI use cases, delivering measurable business value.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, strong analytical skills, and experience in Agile environments, with a focus on responsible AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, product support, portfolio management, process improvement, or a related role.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate information into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, governance, compliance, or risk management practices is a plus.
• Experience supporting learning, adoption, enablement, or change management initiatives is a plus.
• Experience in retail, supply chain, or technology organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for business stakeholders submitting AI requests and use cases.
• Facilitate discovery discussions to understand objectives, benefits, risks, and success criteria.
• Review requests and ensure required information is documented for evaluation.
• Support prioritization by gathering business value, complexity, dependencies, and effort.
• Coordinate AI governance activities across Legal, Security, Privacy, Architecture, Product, and others.
• Track approvals, decisions, actions, risks, and dependencies throughout evaluation.
• Ensure initiatives meet governance standards before implementation.
• Maintain portfolio records, dashboards, and reports.
• Assist with planning, forecasting, backlog management, and prioritization.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Coordinate workshops, trainings, and awareness activities.
• Develop user guides and process documentation.
• Promote responsible use of approved AI solutions.
