Job summary

Genuine Parts Company (GPC) Krakow Global Technology Center seeks an Associate Product Manager for the AI Team, GenAI Intake & Governance. You will support evaluation, onboarding, governance, and adoption of AI initiatives across GPC, collaborating with legal, security, architecture, and product teams to document and prioritize use cases.

You will help maintain the GenAI portfolio, coordinate reviews, support learning and adoption, and drive governance-compliant AI solutions that deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, PM, or related field.
• 5+ years in PM, BA, product support, portfolio management, or similar.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
• Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, governance, compliance, or risk management is a plus.
• Experience supporting learning, adoption, enablement, or change management is a plus.
• Experience in retail, supply chain, or technology organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Intake & Assessment: serve as primary contact for AI requests and use cases.
• Intake & Assessment: facilitate discovery discussions on objectives, benefits, risks, and success criteria.
• Intake & Assessment: review requests and ensure required information is documented.
• Intake & Assessment: support prioritization with value, complexity, dependencies, effort.
• Intake & Assessment: provide guidance on intake, governance, and best practices.
• Governance Coordination: coordinate AI governance across Legal, Security, Privacy, Architecture, Product.
• Governance Coordination: assess new AI use cases and third-party solutions.
• Governance Coordination: track approvals, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
• Governance Coordination: ensure initiatives meet standards before implementation.
• Governance Coordination: improve governance frameworks and documentation.
• Portfolio Operations: maintain portfolio records, dashboards, and reporting.
• Portfolio Operations: monitor intake demand, initiative status, and metrics.
• Portfolio Operations: assist with portfolio reviews and executive reporting.
• Portfolio Operations: support planning, forecasting, backlog management, prioritization.
• Portfolio Operations: identify opportunities to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
