N-iX invites a seasoned GenAI Adoption Lead/AI Architect to drive discovery and early implementation of an enterprise AI-assisted SDLC transformation. This hands-on role blends GenAI solution architecture, agentic engineering, AI adoption, and technical discovery across global teams.

You will lead evolution of the agentic framework into a scalable production model, shape the architecture, drive adoption, and translate AI capabilities into measurable engineering outcomes through governance,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or architecture with Generative AI focus.
• Proven GenAI adoption and AI-assisted SDLC leadership experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, agentic workflows, and tool calling.
• Experience designing enterprise GenAI architectures and governance.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud environments, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery and AI adoption assessment with stakeholders.
• Assess existing AI framework, identify gaps, define target state.
• Define GenAI solution architecture and integration with tools/environments.
• Translate findings into a prioritized transformation roadmap.
• Lead design and implementation of agentic workflows with guardrails.
• Define governance, observability, telemetry, and auditing approaches.
• Oversee pilot execution end-to-end and codify reusable practices.
