Scania Industrial Batteries in Gdańsk is seeking a Manufacturing Digital Systems Engineer to lead the development, integration, and continuous improvement of digital manufacturing systems that support production, quality, and traceability.

You will collaborate with Process, Test, and Automation teams to translate manufacturing needs into reliable software, develop applications with C#/.NET and SQL Server, and explore AI-assisted tools to boost efficiency and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience developing software for manufacturing settings.
• Strong C#/.NET and SQL Server skills.
• Ability to integrate software with production equipment and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing applications and digital systems.
• Integrate new stations with software interfaces and data acquisition.
• Collaborate with Process, Test, and Automation teams to translate requirements.
• Develop applications using C#/.NET, SQL Server, and related technologies.
• Manage manufacturing data and ensure traceability, production records.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools for monitoring.
• Maintain integrations between MES/ERP and test data systems.
• Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, and version control.
• Explore AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
