Job summary

Dell Technologies in Łódź is seeking an Industrial and Process Development Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and sustainment of manufacturing infra for advanced AI computing systems, including DLC servers and high‑power GPUs. You will own cross‑functional projects across product and manufacturing lifecycles to ensure capacity, cost efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in Industrial, Electrical or Controls Systems is required.
8+ years in industrial, manufacturing, facilities, or operations engineering.
Experience with NPI, factory deployment, and infrastructure scale-up.
Strong English and Polish verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Define manufacturing infrastructure requirements for AI server products.
Assess factory readiness for NPI and translate requirements into specs.
Evaluate direct liquid cooling, CDU, high-density rack solutions, and power architectures.
Develop long-range capacity plans and collaborate with global teams.
Plan projects, manage budget, timeline, and scope with cross-functional teams.
