Job summary

E‑Frontiers is hiring a GCP DevSecOps Engineer to build and operate a secure, scalable Google Cloud foundation platform. The role combines cloud engineering, automation, DevSecOps, and security to support a highly regulated financial services environment.

You will work across GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Terraform and cloud security, delivering IaC-based infrastructure and secure cloud services with strong governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in GCP, DevOps, Cloud Engineering or DevSecOps with hands-on Google Cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of GCP security best practices, IAM, cloud compliance, auditing and monitoring.
• Hands-on Terraform experience with IaC principles.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Go or Bash with automation experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with risk and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy and manage GCP foundation platform services (GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Build, Cloud Run).
• Engineer scalable cloud solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Config Connector).

Join a global financial services organisation investing heavily in its Google Cloud platform and security capabilities. As a GCP DevSecOps Engineer, you'll help build and operate a secure, scalable GCP foundation platform, combining cloud engineering, automation, DevSecOps and security.

This is an opportunity to work across GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Build, Terraform and cloud security within a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy and manage GCP foundation platform services using GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Build, Cloud Run and other Google Cloud technologies.

• Engineer scalable cloud solutions using Infrastructure as Code, primarily Terraform and Config Connector.

• Implement preventative cloud security solutions, integrating IAM, networking, logging, monitoring and container services.

• Build and support CI/CD and continuous testing, using technologies such as Cloud Build, Flux CD and Helm.

• Ensure cloud environments meet security, operational risk, compliance, resilience and change management standards.

About You

• 5-10 years' experience in GCP, DevOps, Cloud Engineering or DevSecOps, with strong hands-on Google Cloud experience.

• Strong knowledge of GCP security best practices, IAM, cloud compliance, auditing and monitoring.

• Hands-on Terraform experience with a strong understanding of DevOps/SRE principles and Infrastructure as Code.

• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Go or Bash, with experience automating cloud environments.
