Job summary

Experis seeks a Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design and operate scalable Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. You will build CI/CD pipelines, automate provisioning, manage security controls, and ensure production readiness.

Hybrid role with 3 days in office across Gdansk, Gdynia, Warsaw, and Lodz. Responsibilities include implementing Terraform modules, collaborating with engineering teams, and leveraging Vertex AI and BigQuery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in production-grade infrastructure on GCP.
• Strong Terraform and automation with reusable modules.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, IAM, security controls, secrets management, and operational monitoring.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and modern software engineering practices, including code review, version control, testing, and documentation.
• Interest in GCP data and AI services, especially Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow.
• Ability to work in a regulated enterprise environment where compliance, resilience, and auditability matter.

Location: Hybrid work model – 3 days per week from the office (Gdansk, Gdynia, Warsaw, Lodz)
Salary: 160 – 200 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)

Responsibilities:

• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning, validation, deployment, policy checks, and release management
• Work with GCP data and AI platform services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer, Cloud Run, and GKE

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience, including practical experience building or operating production-grade infrastructure on GCP
• Strong Terraform and automation experience, including reusable module design and infrastructure lifecycle management
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, IAM, security controls, secrets management, and operational monitoring
• Experience with CI/CD tools and modern software engineering practices, including code review, version control, testing, and documentation
• Interest in GCP data and AI services, especially Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, and related platform capabilities
• Ability to work in a regulated enterprise environment where compliance, resilience, and auditability matter
• Hands-on experience with GCP projects, networking, Shared VPC, Cloud NAT, firewall policies, private connectivity, and environment separation
• Strong Terraform skills, including module usage, reusable patterns, state handling, variables, outputs, validation, and promotion across environments
• Practical knowledge of IAM, least privilege, service accounts, workload identity, federation, secrets management, key management, and secure access patterns
