Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Lead Project Leader to drive strategic Google Cloud AI transformation initiatives on GCP. You will lead delivery governance for the AI platform, establish scalable AI services and coordinate across cloud foundations, security, data, architecture and engineering domains.

Based in Poland, you will shape the AI platform roadmap, drive adoption of cloud-native AI capabilities and translate ambitions into executable plans with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology programmes in cloud/AI.
• Strong governance and delivery leadership across multiple domains.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic GCP AI and cloud transformation programmes.
• Drive roadmaps and ensure alignment between strategy, architecture and delivery plans.
• Coordinate dependencies across architecture, security, data, platform and business teams.
